Whilst researching local Farmers Markets and investigating the sources of their food, Simon and Kevin came across the concept of Food Miles. They decided to make a video presentation to communicate the idea that locally based distribution might improve the quality of our food and to stimulate thoughts as to how we can choose to be more aware consumers
